Is America on the decline?

The question is so absurd that I had to repeat it. Where to start is the pertinent question. The fact that politicians lie is a given and hardly the priority when listing the reasons for America’s decline. Of course, their media minions never push back. Our feckless politicians, both Republicans and Democrats, but especially Democrats, have printed so much money to collateralize their vote buying, that we will not survive it. Some people argue that point but they are wrong. We cannot consume more than we produce. Their motives were not altruistic. Their original intent was to purchase the vote and perpetuate power. They created an entitlement society of subsidies that cannot survive without government intervention or the redistribution of wealth. That puts the government, comprised of these mediocrities, in charge of everyone’s life. This started in 1913 when the American taxpayer was castrated and the authoritarians stripped the citizenry of the control of money, and their legacy as well, with the Federal Reserve Act. Now the bankers control us and our money, but always at a price. How do you think our illustrious politicians in Congress became multi-multi-millionaires with a lifetime salary of less than two or 3 million after 40 years in government? This is something the media should expose, but they are paid shills so don’t expect it any time soon.

There was a time when journalism consisted of journalists. Now the mainstream media consists of propaganda-spewing, politically owned pseudo-journalists who are nothing more than talking heads representing one political ideology or another. The people must not be allowed to think on their own. They must be told how to think. That is requisite for the mediocrities at the top of the power heap to maintain their position. So, they created and enabled modern journalism. America has been dumbed down and very few people can see the difference between propaganda and journalism. Look at our college graduates. They are the epitome of politically ignorant nitwits who take their marching orders from the left.

Joseph Goebbels, Hitler’s propaganda minister said these things:
“Think of the press as a great keyboard on which the government can play.”
“The masses will always be the same, dumb, gluttonous, and forgetful.”
“Propaganda works best when the people being manipulated think they are acting on their own free will.”
“A lie told once remains a lie. A lie told a thousand times becomes the truth.”
“If you tell a lie often enough, people will begin to believe it and you will even come to believe it yourself.”
“Accuse the other side of that which you are guilty.”

We were once a society of Individuals who stood on their own 2 feet, charted their way through life, and carried their own weight. That was the prevailing philosophy. We have become a society that can no longer stand on our own as individuals who expect and require the government to carry most of our weight for us. This entitlement society demands the government strip wealth from people who have earned it and redistribute it to people who have not. Karl Marx: “From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.” This unworkable philosophical nightmare is constantly regurgitated by the authoritarian/socialist propagating mainstream media until it becomes the automatic and acceptable definition of societal values. How well did it work in the Soviet Union? Cambodia, or all the other social edifices destroyed by socialism, which is nothing more than communism lite.

Some morons say “Look at China. It works there. They are wealthy and successful.” No one wants to acknowledge the fact that the productive Chinese perform at the point of a gun and only management is given any reasonable access to wealth because even socialism requires competent supervision.

Never in history has the vitriol and hatred between opposing political ideologies in America been so violent and disparate. It’s obvious when viewing the hysterical rant in venues such as this. Take note of the media’s position. They constantly fan the flames of hysteria. This is not journalism. They are carrying out the marching orders from the people who would divide us. That’s a modern-day divide-and-conquer philosophy. Nonsense, you say? Next time the news is on, flip through the channels and listen to the various talking heads parroting the Identical talking points verbatim. That is prima facie evidence that they are directed by authoritarians to indoctrinate us.

We are fighting this as rational citizens who believe in doing things the old way. Eventually, we must lose through attrition. The Cloward and Piven socialists being vomited by our universities will eventually hold the reins and then, all is lost. I’m 74 and hope I’m alive to laugh in their face watching the whip flay them to the bone. You can thank the mainstream media for a substantial portion of this indoctrination.
