The deep state consists of powerful people who are not elected officials. They are not usually directly subject to the opinions of voters. This question was asked in terms of non-democratic countries without a free press, which is another misdirection to deceive us. I believe that most countries, including contemporary America, that claim they wear the mantle of democracy are nothing more than political pseudo-democracy constructs. I lived in countries in the Middle East for several years in the last century and am familiar with the “Street,” regional ideology, and languages.
The attempt to separate non-democratic countries living under authoritarian rule from the pseudo-democracies that exist in the free world and the West is a non sequitur. Let’s use America as an example. The Free Press that once existed, was universally considered the firewall against government and authoritarian abuse. Despite that, authoritarians still attempted to use the press to manipulate the public with innuendo meant to brainwash the average citizen. Then, however, the accurate dissemination of news was delivered by people with enough integrity to call themselves journalists by definition. The underlying theme of their motives was a profound trust in the public intellect to be able to sort truth from delusion. That concept requires a public of individuals with enough intellectual acuity to perform that act.
Now, the mainstream media consists of people bereft of integrity who have become the minions of the very authoritarians they are supposed to protect the people from. That is possible because the American individual has been dumbed down. It’s blatantly obvious when viewing the product graduating from our universities. Further, the people who were forced to live through a time of privation in this country, i.e. the Great Depression, are all dead now. Their progeny has been born into and live in the lap of luxury as compared to their ancestors. Plainly, the majority of people in this country have been spoiled, jaded, and petulantly expect luxury to continue because “that’s the way it’s supposed to be,” without stopping to consider that freedom and opulence are not automatic. They cannot be legislated, they cannot be decreed by tyrants, and they cannot exist without the public awareness of their roots. Today’s citizens are far removed from the past and their predecessors and have forgotten that those blessings only grew and were watered by the blood of patriots.
Why the diatribe? The above question separates countries like Turkey from America. The intimation that they are vastly different is a fallacy. America is enjoying the last dregs of the freedoms their fathers fought and died for, while the press, artificial intelligence, and their authoritarian masters rapidly subvert us, transforming us into a delusional culture dominated by, Hollywood, Madison Avenue, constant government, and media propaganda. Do we live in a totalitarian country like those in the Middle East who shoot you or imprison you for raising your voice in protest? The answer is nebulous at best.
There is an agenda being foisted on us with the intent of destroying individuals in favor of the collective. It is a philosophical nightmare because everything is a contradiction to reality. If we protest, we are considered white supremacists, racists, homophobes, xenophobes, and anything else they can label us with to inundate us and frighten us away from questioning them in the public forum. Their most effective label is “conspiratorial theorists.” They ridicule anyone who even brings up the subject of conspiracy and thus effectively shut that spigot off. They use examples like flat earth conspiracy to make their point ridiculing anyone who mentions the word conspiracy. So, we become intimidated. Conspiracy is defined as two or more people colluding to defraud others intellectually or financially. That makes any two people conspirators, including our feckless congresspeople, who are discussing self-aggrandizement at the expense of others. The world is replete with conspiracy, and everyone engages in it, yet we are told we are stupid if we believe that.
The point of this entire soliloquy is that there is very little difference between the deep state in countries without a free press and the deep state in America and its allies, even though authoritarians constantly tell us that we live in freedom while they shuffle us to the trough to imbibe their swill. They call this the land of the free yet call us insurrectionists attempting to overthrow the government because people went to the capital to protest on January 6. Everyone knows no one was going to overthrow the government that day. They were just pissed off, and according to the latest evidence, rightfully so. They are not quite ready to shoot us yet for opening our mouths in protest, yet we very well could wind up in prison for 22 years.
The government is about to undermine the entire economic fabric of this society. They created the problem by printing ridiculous amounts of money and they can’t fix what they have broken irrevocably. So, enters the digital dollar, where the IRS will be informed of the purchase of a pack of gum at point of sale, now that we have lightning-fast computers and artificial intelligence. We are headed exactly there, and it will be the final nail in the coffin ending freedom and autonomy.
All of this has been engineered by the deep state, who are controlled by the authoritarians who sit on all the wealth. One more little fact everyone should get between their ears. History is replete with examples and this despotic philosophy is not dead, just dormant for a while. THE MONEY IS NOT THE OBJECTIVE. It is only the tool that will be used to finally bring the entire population of the earth to its knees in supplication. That is the endgame. Slavery. They’re doing it gradually, so people don’t wake up to the game, but in the end that is the intended result. I’m 74. They can’t touch me but my grandson is unfortunately SOL.
